With my local proficiency, 20 + years' experience in high-end negotiation, 10+ years of expertise with the transaction & residential real estate process, marketing savvies, and great local relationships, I can help guide you through each step of the way, eliminating as much of the burden as possible. Although both my parents hailed from the Old Emerald Isle, I have lived in Massachusetts and various parts of the South Shore all my life. In Scituate, I was the Chair of the Scituate/West Cork Sister City Committee, Board of Directors for the South Shore Irish Heritage Trail, on the Board of the Easter Rising Monument, and a proud parent of son Declán, that is going to Scituate’s Elementary School.
