Bio
Before starting my Real Estate career, I was a Social Worker. This means that you, as my client, benefit from all the skills and professionalism from my Master of Social Work. These include ethical decision-making and behaviors, negotiations, advocacy, relationship building, excellent communication, collaboration with other professionals, and working within deadlines. I am here to share my expertise and knowledge in guiding you to make the best home selling and buying decisions. I was licensed as a Real Estate Agent in 2018. As of 2024 I have sold more than 150 homes with buyers and sellers. My Signature Approach • I believe in an upfront, no-nonsense approach to real estate • I will tell you if either I or my company is not the best fit for your situation • I will be honest about the pricing of your property and/or the pricing of the home you are looking to buy Why I am the Best Agent for You What really sets me apart from other agents is my previous extensive experience as a Social Worker. I bring a level of professionalism and emotional intelligence through communication, collaboration and, above all else, an ETHICAL APPROACH to Real Estate. My top skills are: • Navigating the complex relationships and personalities involved in a sale with professionalism and diplomacy • Identifying and addressing the obstacles to a successful transaction • Finding outside-the-box solutions • Tactfully yet forcefully negotiating on behalf of clients to achieve the best possible outcomes • Understanding the distinctive needs and concerns of diverse communities • Staying abreast of current developments in both local and national Real Estate markets I’ve moved cross-country and internationally to Europe and Canada. I understand the challenges of relocating, especially the stress involved and that’s why I’m equipped to help you manage your move. I don’t just work in the Pioneer Valley: this is my home and the place where I am raising my children. We moved to Amherst 11 years ago and never looked back. One of my favorite things about Amherst is walking our Italian Greyhound on the rail trail and in the conservation areas. This is why what I do is so important to me.
