About Megan Morici

Bio

Megan Morici was born and raised in Montauk, NY. She comes from four generations of Montauk locals. Her great grandfather helped develop Montauk, working under Carl Fisher as a builder. Her grandfather was the lieutenant of the Montauk Police Department, now retired and an active member of the Montauk Fire Department. Her father, also involved with the Montauk Fire Department, is a local commercial fisherman. Needless to say, Megan has Montauk in her blood! Now living the snowbird life, she spends half of the year in Florida and the other half in Montauk. Megan is also a Florida REALTOR®. Before she was licensed Megan’s friends and family would express that they wanted to move to a new town. For fun, Megan would jump on the internet and search for properties for them. More than once, the home that Megan suggested, her friends and family fell in love with and ended up buying! This is when she realized real estate might be her calling. Megan received her bachelor’s degree in Communications and New Media studies from Long Island University in 2015. Exploring different avenues and careers throughout her life she is very excited to have discovered real estate. During her down time, you will most likely find Megan on the water fishing or boating. Recently, she has picked up a hobby of drone photography. “Montauk has a special place in my heart. One of my favorite places is Navy Road. Growing up I would walk my dog down to the beach. Nothing beats Navy Road sunset,” says Megan. Whether buying or selling in this beautiful place she calls home, Megan will be there for you every step of the way!
