My clients are my priority and there is no greater compliment than seeing how much of my business now comes from referrals from people I have helped in the past. I specialize in residential real estate: single-family homes, condos, multi-family residences, vacation homes and second homes. Typically, I cover towns along the shoreline from New Haven to Old Saybrook and neighboring towns to the north, but I have gone much farther depending on my clients' needs - just ask! Having lived in Guilford since 2000, I feel incredibly lucky to be in such a beautiful part of CT. We happily settled here after many moves during my husband's military career, looking initially for great schools for our three sons and then realizing just how much more this area has to offer: beaches, lakes, hiking trails, community activities, wonderful restaurants, cultural options as close as New Haven or a quick train ride into NYC or Boston. I enjoyed many years of teaching high school chemistry before embarking on my real estate career in 2017. It was a big switch but the perfect fit; I was able to quickly achieve multi-million dollars in annual sales volume. I am always willing to learn and grow, and I love the varied and dynamic nature of real estate. Every sale is different, every client is unique. In my free time, I enjoy golf, skiing, pickleball, traveling, and most importantly, spending time with family and friends. I am always open to the next adventure and hoping to add to my list of interesting places visited (Sweden, Denmark, England, Scotland, Spain, Italy, Croatia, United Arab Emirates, India, Canada, Seychelles and Germany).
