Daria's interest in real estate is life-long, having learned about the principles of property development, home building, staging, types of constructions, and more from her parents.

After graduating with honors with a BA in Communication Arts and Public Relations, Daria became a Creative Director at one of the world's top advertising agencies, where she won over 50 awards for marketing excellence. Her responsibilities included hiring, managing and mentoring creative marketing teams nationally and internationally.

Having honed her creative and marketing skills, it was natural for Daria to turn those skills to the interests of her early years. Today, Daria enjoys applying her well-developed marketing skills to the real estate arena. Being acutely aware of the dedication required for successful outcomes, Daria works tirelessly to strategically optimize every transaction with her marketing prowess. As a Certified Yoga Instructor, Daria also brings a calm sensibility and Zen-like style to every transaction. This results in a low stress, low anxiety experience for her clients.
