After Graduating from Oliver Wolcott Technical High school, Chester worked as a CNC Operator for an Aero Space company. As part of a work-based learning program that he started while still being in school. He also worked as a Lifeguard for the Greater Hartford YMCA. He then transitioned to Real Estate upon learning of the opportunity to help people with buying and selling homes.
