I know all the angles because I am a licensed contractor, check, to landscape designer, check, to landlord/property manager, check, to materials supplier, check, Oh, and licensed Real Estate Agent, check. To say I do it all, is actually an understatement! I moved to Connecticut in 1993, with my lovely family, and we couldn't be happier Nutmeggers. I obtained a degree in Science and Art, and have more than 21 years of experience. I specialize in residential buildings and light commercial designs & construction. In most recent years I've focused on helping investors grow their portfolios as we work together flipping those Real Estate projects into real profits. I speak English, Spanish and Portuguese fluently which allows me the privilege of being able to work with people all over Connecticut.
