I am thrilled to be part of the award-winning Peggy Patenaude Team at William Raveis Real Estate. My goal as a Realtor is to find the best solutions for my clients, offering exceptional service by understanding your real estate needs, providing honesty, confidentiality and adding my detail-oriented skillset. My experience working on the team as The Client Services Specialist has given me the tools to smoothly coordinate and manage your Real Estate transaction from beginning to end. Education and work experience have given me the marketing, sales, negotiation, and business management experience to help you achieve the best Real Estate results. I have spent my career cultivating successful relationships with clients. From being a National Account Manager for Calvin Klein Home in New York City to being an Interior Designer in Andover & Beacon Hill, I have always focused on putting my clients first, understanding their needs and working within their timeline & budget. I still enjoy working with clients on their interior design projects and believe my eye for interior design allows me to see opportunities in real estate where others may not. I live in downtown Andover with my husband, David, 2 active kids, Luke & Joy, and our Yorkie, Bear. We love being a part of this community and enjoy everything Andover has to offer. When I am not working, I can be found at a field or hockey rink cheering my kids on or at the beach soaking up the sun.
