Welcome to Galleria Palms, a unique investment opportunity less than a MILE from the gates of Walt Disney World®! Unlike other condo-hotels where income is determined by how often your particular unit is booked, this community operates on a different strategy. They take the entire income of the hotel and divide it evenly on all units! This helps ensure equity in rental bookings, versus other communities where there isn't as much transparency into the rhyme and reason of your unit being booked. All of the units in the building are also the same floor plan, the only difference is what location in the building they are, and how the beds are set up (the two options are one king bed, or double queen beds, like this unit is).
