Elaine Falkenberg is a pro at what she does. Not only does she sell real estate, she sells a way of life. We live in Connecticut and were interested in a second home in Naples, FL. "We gave Elaine a very narrow area of Old Naples that interested us. We wanted a condo within an easy walk to the beach, Fifth Avenue, other activities. She arranged for us to see seven condos that met our requirements, all near the price point we had given her. We traveled from Kentucky to Naples for a day of viewing condos, which worked out very much to our liking. Elaine had the route and appointments all laid out sensibly to walk from one to the next. She had allowed for about 15 minutes inside each one to get an overview. As it turned out there was one that stood out as extra nice and only 2 blocks to the beach. We made an offer the next morning and received a counter, resulting in a contract within about six hours. Elaine is such a pleasant person to work with in every way, and I definitely recommend her.
